California Family Code

The California Family code is a set of regulations that differ from the general code of civil procedures. It gives the advantage for the cases to be filed at the superior court system, or Family Court. The California Family Code runs for situations of divorce, legal separation, or annulments; it also is applied for problems of domestic violence and child custody or child spousal support.

Therefore, the Family Court will lead all legal problems involving the inside of a home. It states, verifies, and follows up the rules and laws to protect and assure the wellness of a household and all the people involved.
